For a league with as much parity as the NFL, it's actually crazy that a team can go over 50 years without winning a title.
Not just the Falcons, but other teams as well.
A place for NFL news, game highlights and everything that excites you about American Football.

12 teams still ringless
It was 13 until the Eagles won in 2017
Dont jinx us on a title by 2035
Its really not. Even if the winner was totally random every season, you'd probably get 1 unlucky team for a 50 season test, even accounting for the fact that the league used to be smaller.
It's actually a lot less time than you think when you consider that Brady was active for a little over 40% of the last 50 years.
My favorite fact like this is that 130 countries have gained independence/become a country since the cardinals last championship
I'd really like it if you picked a new favorite fact
the Cardinals are the oldest franchise in the NFL, dating to the 19th century; they also have one undisputed league championship
Any bookies that are taking bets on if the cards win a super bowl before that state runs entirely out of water?
I don't like this one
1947 I think.
We had a playoff win drought that expanded the entire cold war through 3 different cities
It's hard to win in baseball
These Browns are an expansion team. You're thinking of the Ravens winning before the 70s,since you named the Titans by their modern name instead of the Oilers.
:]
So, it seems nobody is going to address the question being asked...🙄
Did the Vikings win the last NFL title before the merger? I know they lost SB IV to the Chiefs.
The falcons were founded in 1966 and have never won a Super Bowl.
To put another way, more than 28 other teams in 3 other pro leagues have won championships before the Falcons.
Bahhahahhahahhahahhaha
Falcons just sittin home chillin until this guy decided to push the post button.
Cool thanks I hate it
How many heart wrenching losses did the Falcons have?
,......oh wait. Nvm..
28-3
Boooo
Winning superbowls is super easy. We have won every superbowl we have been to.
This is all Matt Ryan’s fault
It’s funny because this sub had me sure that it was the jets.
This may be my newest all-time favorite stat.
To be fair, the Falcons were established in 1965, while the last time the Cards won an NFL championship was when Harry S. Truman was president
:D
Calling bullshit on the Vikings, as while they won the 1969 NFL championship, they lost that Super Bowl to the Chiefs.
Oof
Nobody cares about AFL championships
You know I get that it’s by technicality but I’m still gonna act like it’s the Vikings. They got there’s pre-merger but still Super Bowl era. They were functionally NFC champs and the Chiefs were the real champions of the 69 season.
The Browns have won two different leagues' Championships, since they won the AAFC every year
It is wild how many teams haven't even won once.
oh fuck off
