Just steer clear of Tyson altogether. Aside from all their abuses, there's a recall or safety issue with their food like every other week
Good luck! Guess who supplies chicken to basically every restaurant and grocery store?
Luckily I've gone vegetarian, and my kids I buy them good chicken from local farms. That super market chicken doesn't even look right
Seriously this. Not to mention the multiple lawsuits over the past twenty years, over a lot of things.
That cheap chicken you're eating is full of interesting chemicals.
I feel bad for the people who take your comments to heart and end up getting ripped off as a result.
Are they sure they're pieces of metal and not pieces of meteor?
How horrifying. Mostly kids eat those, and young ones are after bad at communicating unexpected issues.
There was one "minor oral injury," FSIS said, but no other reports of injuries or illnesses have been reported as a result of eating the nuggets.
The contaminated nuggets were made on Sept. 5, according to the release, and were shipped across the U.S. to distributors in Alabama, California, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Could you class refined metals as natural ingredients, asking for a friend
Pretty sure iron deficiency is treated with rust pills. Literally just powdered rust. And as we all know rust is just the "refined" product of iron with oxygen. That's precedence if I ever saw it.
No, iron supplements are not rust pills.
Ferrous salts used as supplements by mouth include ferrous fumarate, ferrous gluconate, ferrous succinate, and ferrous sulfate.[3] Injectable forms include iron dextran and iron sucrose.
So not rust but other forms of refined iron?
If you want to call things like iron sulfate "refined iron" then you can call anything almost anything. Table salt? Altered chlorine. Refined chlorine. No no, even better: modified chemical warfare agent.
Ever inhale chlorine gas? Deadly! Ever tossed sodium in water? Explosive! Putting the two together could absolutely be modified chemical warfare agent. We should add it to the ban list right under dihydrogen monoxide.
Well if you want to be anal about it, iron and steel are refined rust
To much iron in my nuggies, ouhhh wozzies.
15 tons of fun (nuggets)
Free iron
Jeez, the reddit comedians are out in full-force in this thread.
Jesus, I might starve. Time to go load up on the cheapest bulk ramen I can purchase. If anyone would like to donate to my go fund me for my ensuing scurvy treatments let me know and I can send you the link.
Try the food bank
It's times like these, anon that we consult at the church of Honey Mussey for forgiveness and strength.
Sometimes I wonder if I am still worthy of tendy love and care.
This should be pinned in the Lemmy world announcements to save lives
