How to mount a dell r630 into a 400-500mm depth rack (alien.top)

IT department are giving me an r630 however I only have a 400-500mm rack depth, I have tried the rails and obviously they don’t click in at the back as they are too long, do I need different rails? Or is there some other method?

I shelved my big rackmount server/NAS in my 550mm rack
