It was never bill. It was Tom. It's beyond clear now.

The Patriots have been caught cheating many times. They're not actually good at football, they just know what plays are coming at them and plan accordingly.
Josh Mcdaniels left the patriots to coach the broncos and went 2 seasons before he was run out for cheating.
The Patriots franchise basically started going downhill once Ernie Adams retired, big surprise.
Because he was completely protected by Tom Brady for 20 years. Outside of him, he’s a below average coach. Facts is facts.
better security around headsets and playbooks.
It's very simple when you think about it.
Bill Belichick perfected a system of coaching over his years and one that entirely worked for him. To be a coach under him in that system you had to buy into his ways, it works when he's head honcho but not when you try to emulate Belichick. He found just the right puzzle pieces and made them work. He didn't need the hot up and coming coaching talent.
I just don't think Bill really tries to coach his coaches the way Andy does, I think Bill more leads by example. And you can't lead a team the way Bill does without having the respect he does.
Maybe he's not that good of a communicator/teacher.
Maybe because there's no secret that other coaches could copy and build off of. The genius of Belichick is singular and ambiguous. He knows how to make effective adjustments and how to create schemes that no one truly sees coming. How would anyone else emulate that unless they copied everything from his brain?
It turns out that the Patriot Way isn’t transferable basically boils down to “Have the greatest QB of all-time.”
Because Tom Brady could have been coached by a monkey and still win 6 super bowls
Imperfect fruit?
##IMPERFECT FRUIT?!
Josh McDumbass isn't a mishaped apple, he's a rotted out moldy apple with worms in it, that fell off, was stepped on, then a dog pis shtd and cmd on it. Imperfect fruit, that'd be if he didn't completely dismantle two franchises in almost the same manor.
##HE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE NFL FOR LIFE.
Because he used to get away with all his bs when Brady was around to mask his ineptitude. Judging by how his minions have performed apparently he talks down to players, calls them out in front of the team on their flaws and mistakes, nothing they do is enough it’s his way or the highway, he listens to nobody except for yes-men.
That’s exactly how the turds he has for assistants behave when they’re on their own. They all follow the exact same playbook:
Arrive at new team and fire everyone from the previous regime.
Berate and alienate the starting QB before trading him for whatever shit draft picks a team offers.
Alienate and fire every decent veteran on the team and bring in rejects or cheap role players.
Hire as many Patriots have-beens as possible, because they’ll know “the system”.
Give an obscene contract to whoever has ever been a Patriots backup QB.
Proceed to get worse each year until they’re fired.
They don’t have the greatest QB of all time playing at a discount every year and putting up top 10 offenses with $4M WR’s
Probably because their careers were made coaching the greatest QB of all time. It’s pretty fuckin hard to have the same or even close to the same success when you don’t have that guy.
It’s missing a tom Brady
He picked guys who were good at very specific jobs, but terrible in all other aspects to not threaten him as HC. But these incompetent lackeys are so arrogant and incurious about the game that they never improved or adapted. Which was kind of the point of hiring them in the first place. But it leads to guys like Bill O’Brien trying to run every offense they’ve worked with for the past decade like it’s still the mid-2000s. Or Patricia and McDaniels being abusive dictators because they thought that’s what Bill’s secret was. But they tried to do it all themselves rather than hiring a group of highly specialized sycophants to do their bidding like Bill did. If Bill was abusive, it was probably to keep these morons in their place. They do it because that’s how they think a HC should act.
Look at his career record with and without TB12. Bill isn’t the dude we all thought he was.
Because the "Patriot Way" is about doing your job. So these guys have no clue how to do the other aspects of a HC job.
No Tom Brady
Because none of them had the greatest qb ever.
It’s almost like good managers don’t need to turn other people into good managers. “Coaching tree” is just another term for nepotism.
I'd say the same reason Tom Brady won a Superbowl in Tampa.
Because Bill is actually a football vampire and he sucks the potential greatness out of his assistants and adds it to his own
I think Bill picks pretty submissive guys to be his coordinators. I think they are great doing exactly what he wants them to do within his system but once they leave that safety blanket of being under total control, they spazz and get outed for actually not knowing what they are doing.
Because these coaches didn’t have Tom Brady
It's easier to fool yourself thinking you're a good coach when you have the greatest quarterback of all time on your team. Brady carried all these clowns
Coaching trees are overrated and overvalued.
Apparently, the others decided not to cheat.
simple.
coaches can preach/prepare gameplans all day long and would even work and have victories but if you dont have the right players with physical talent and the smarts and more importantly buying into the system then none of it will work.
i think we all have the understanding now that it truly was/is tom brady that held the glue together and he proved it by going to tampa and winning another championship with new coaches/new players at 45 years old while bill and the pats have struggled ever since
these coaches needed bill, bill needed tom. its no different then all the jackson brothers/sisters/nephews thinking they had real talent like michael haha
Because….it was all Tom. All of it.
Bc it’s clear to me meow, the success of the Pats was do to Tom Brady.. clear and simple. Sorry ladies… truth hurts..
Kind of funny...because the coaching tree he was a part of the Parcells coaching tree was pretty fruitful with Belichick, Coughlin, and Sean Payton.
Why is it on Belichick to produce successful coaches?
Because the Belichick coaching legend is starting to show that it was carried by Tom Brady, and Bill isn't the genius he was made to be. Him not retiring when Brady left has destroyed his legacy.
Could it be because is an imperfect coach of coaches?
Because they try to go be Bill Belichick without earning the respect required to run a ship the way he does.
Because their cheap. Also they lost mcdaniels, which he’ll be back
