Ha, you are stuck with him at least through next season based on that contract

Yeah go give 20 shots to Johnny Davis and let me know how that works out for you.
What young players
Jordan Poole is going to need to get his 3P% up at minimum for teams to consider him. Teams always need shooting but they aren't going to consider him a shooter if he's at 31%.
None
Young players like Jordan Poole?
Same teams that want James Harden since they're the same.
a Swimming team
Well Poole’s contract isn’t that pretty, but teams are always looking for shooters so no reason to cross out trading him. He needs to be more efficient tho.
The Wizards should've been better compensated for taking that contract. Poole in his current role is a tank commander of the highest degree.
(incoming 40-piece on the Hornets now that I've said that)

If you want to tank, you want Jordan Poole dude. Sorry you are already tired of watching him, the rest of the league is enjoying the comedy clips so far
Well, you are tanking, and Poole is pretty young
The catch is that a team that would want Poole is a tanking team (Wizards) bc he can score and can be fun to watch but isn’t going to win you games. Teams that are tanking though aren’t going to want to give up good young players with potential.
A standard way to do that is finding the next Blazers that has a player that wants out, they plan to tank, and you need Poole as part of the salary match. Good luck though getting that player to want to go to the Wizards. Since nobody is going to demand out to go to a losing team.
Final hope is a team that needs to hit the salary floor. But in that case you’re probably giving up assets to get off of the Poole contract.
So really the only hope is he outplays his contract and turns into a valuable asset. A win-now team needs scoring off the bench and is wiling to dump players with potential but can’t contribute or future draft picks.
You don't have young players with potential. Not yet. Emergent talent will come later when you start actually getting top 5 picks, likely for consecutive years.
This is year 0 of the rebuild, the year(s) most teams would like to forget. Take on bad contracts and expirings for draft picks. Tank to the bottom. Flip the producing pieces for more picks. This can take a year (Spurs) or far longer (Kings).
Then comes the actual rebuild. See the current Pistons. A young core of high draft picks and a player to build around, Cade in this case.
