I have a blog where we discuss these ideas for small business called https://fastsmallbusiness.com if anyone would like to contribute articles, let me know.

Rules
- No Personal Attacks - criticism of ideas is allowed, attacking people is not.
- Self Posts Only - links can only provide supplementary material. Your post must contain enough content to have a discussion.
- No “How To Get Rich Quick” posts - This community is not about making a quick buck. Posts asking the community how to make $X, without making specific reference to a reasonable idea, are not tolerated.
- Avoid unprofessional communication - Please treat fellow entrepreneurs like respected coworkers, label conversations if NSFW and avoid deliberate provocations.
Please feel free to provide evidence-based best practices, share a micro-victory, discuss strategy and concepts with a frame work, ask for feedback, and create professional conversation. Treat every post as if you're at work and representing the best version of yourself.
This dude's post history is mostly adding no value to the communities they're in.
So it's just following them around now.
How to use commas.
Okay, but how do I get rich?
You know what you need to research, You can figure all that out yourself , this isnt catered specifically for your needs lol
What you (and many others who will continue saying the same thing) have to realize is that this subreddit is meant to be a bouncing pad for ideas.
In other words you come here, ask what you need to know, then start taking action.
For those who want to see what others are up to at r/Entrepreneur, it gives us a chance to give in our input from a large pool of experience we have from our disposal.
The last thing you want to do is come to this subreddit, read the threads for 4 hours a day, everyday, and feel like you were being productive the entire time.
you started the thread
You forgot the most annoying threads: The ones complaining about the sub without adding any value
Thank you for going against the grain and posting this valuable post 🙏🏼
Agreed. This subreddit is okay, though.
i thought i missed the boat on drop shipping… literally anyone with some time, a semi good idea and $1,000 can do it. took me 4 tries till i found a good product to push and how and where to push it. (so yeah cost me more than $1,000 because i failed a few times as expected)
but yeah its all about perspective! i love that people think it’s impossible! if they didn’t i would have a insane amount of competition.
i haven’t made a ton but i’ve barely put time into it every week now and i make 3x what i was making on the side ubering when i get off work. there’s something about making money when your alseep or doing my fulltime job that really makes me feel good. idk i love it.
Be the Change You Want to See in the World.
You could ask those questions specifically, i know I'd be happy to answer them if asked.
I agree. This thread does not contribute anything to this subreddit.
It's called a subreddit, not a thread lol
“Thread” refers to an individual post not an entire subreddit so this post title just means “this post sucks” lol
We get plenty of marketing posts, all from marketers who want ~~to take your money~~ your business. Spammers. We don't need more of them. If you want to talk marketing go to /r/marketing.
r/smallbusiness is a lot closer to what you’re looking for.
I think this sub is more a discussion of the “idea” of entrepreneurship than a place to discuss the challenges of running a company.
Yup you perfectly summed up this sub
Your pretty much on the money op.
Real entrepreneurs, movers and shakers and successful people are too busy living their life to be hanging around a place like this.
i don't think people take people who try to talk seriusly , because they come off crazy or not trusted
You're right, this thread does suck
Indeed.
Great suggestions by the way.
So maybe you can share your thoughts on what is important to YOU.
And why?
You wasted a post when you could’ve changed the fate of this subreddit by doing what you say should be done! shame.
Happy cake day
This! Practice before preach
Here’s a case study I copy pasted / generated with ChatGPT.

As a lot of people are saying be the change you want to see in the world.
Also don’t dis on coding it’s very relevant work in the Ecom space. If you succeed you will likely need coding labor or some prepaid software solutions. if you don’t learn it yourself you will pay for it.
As a coder I feel the same way about law, art, and marketing. If you aren’t learning the skills yourself your paying someone to do it for you.
Because there’s not enough people knowledgeable enough that “want” to contribute with quality content consistently for free. The ones that are knowledgeable enough don’t have the time to share valuable knowledge because they’re not getting nothing out of it, they would rather use that time applying what they know in the real world to make real money. Especially because most people on this sub want to learn how to make money without investing any money or hiring a consultant so there’s nothing to gain here for a person with real business knowledge and experience. Like someone else right here said, maybe if you ask a specific question someone that knows may see it and answer it. But I also see a ton of awful advice from people who have never taken business classes or started a business. So you might have a hard time distinguishing between good and bad advice if you don’t have a business background.
Well do u have anything better???
OP, you're correct. Nothing will replace hard work.
Reddit in general is trash. It’s like all the biggest idiots congregate here.
Thank you for saying this. If people spent less time doing "me too" entrepreneurship ideas and more time actually trying to innovate, the world would be a better place. I joined this thinking that it would have real entrepreneurs...
There are two main issues getting in the way of effecting the type of forum you are looking for.
The first is general desperation among the people on the forum. Most of the people posting here are broke or stuck in dead end jobs and are looking for some way, any way, to escape that pain. They are not in a position to contribute to the community in any meaningful way. Maybe someday they could, when they get on their feet, but by then, they have likely moved on from here.
The second issue is how broad the topic of entrepreneurship is. When you go to more narrow subreddits like /r/videography, you see a lot more practical discussion because even though that forum includes everything from hobbyists, to salaried employees, to freelancers, to producers, they have a lot more in common than the people posting on /r/entrepreneur. On the videography sub, you can ask a camera question, and people will answer it. You can ask about how to deal with a conflict with a difficult client, and people from the same industry talk about how they handle the same situation. On this sub, everything tends to be written in much more general terms.
I just want to figure out how to monetize my AI.
Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain, and most fools do.
Thanks, Negative Nellie. Now kindly fuck off, will you?
THREAD?!?!?
😂😂😂
Well, all you have to do is sign up for my thing that will make it better.
Or, you know, you can post things...
a lot of folks are looking for their next dopamine fix. You don't really need current opinions--old ones will do fine .Check this out ---> I did a search on how to network

Post some content then instead of whining
It’s bots collecting material for shitty articles about how to get rich.
