What are your thoughts on shark tank? I realize i might be overcomplicating business and ideas are worth something if you make it real (alien.top)
 

I somewhat wish i been watching this show since i was little because i had a lot of ideas, and watching shark tank, people have cool ideas, and the ideas have value to the market. most of my ideas were cool to me but no demand or no plan to sell the idea either, well actually i did have a idea to sell the ideas but thats another story

anyways, I'm just trying to figure out how to keep business simple and educate myself properly to be a serial business owner. and i want to figure out how to go about getting funding and investors.

you make 200k a year? What's your current lifestyle? And will any business you start be Able to afford the upkeep of it?

Simply put, money is king, saving money to start a business properly will save you trouble and headache.

I recommend living below your means and investing and saving money to them start a simple business that you fully understand

when working 2 jobs all women and mother irritated me, for being in my way and annoying me, so No and yes at the same time, i think its hard to keep the grind mindset up for long, something has to give but idk, i never really tried to find a woman or attract a woman before, you need make time for it i guess. like budget your life and time and energy

I wouldn't sell land, they aren't making any more of those, and a land is a asset the value is only expected to go up and up in the future. its possible that next year the value of it goes up 40k, which is year of work basically.

but best thing to do in business is find the best deal or make the best deal. and investment opportunities, thats a business in itself buy low sell high, you have good investment already and your dad seems to be a smart man already 3 lands and 2 houses.

and your perspective on economic situation is wrong if you know anything about investing, money is always being made some how, no matter the recession, and it alludes to clear issues or problems which you can be the solution too, which will be good business.

for instance the pandemic happen and the value of mask went up because demand was created etc

my brand wants to be in the sleep hotel business not hotel per say, i can use the funding, also i did find a investment opportunity a certain casino near me has talks going on about being rebuild so there is this land nearby that would be worth it, and im talking vegas and with the F1 coming to town the hotel business will be like trending.
