This is not a good place to simply share cool photos/videos or promote your own work and projects, but rather a place to discuss photography as an art and post things that would be of interest to other photographers.
I'm thinking browsing social media sites in your area. It's going to take effort on your part.
An app for gigs, just seems like it would be filled with scams, " I want someone to shoot, whatever, I'll send the money ahead, just send back a fee, for booking" etc. Scams.
In my country there are a few platforms that offer this service, but remember that they usually take a cut. Best is to just build up your own network and connections. And honestly, word-of-mouth marketing is still the best there is.
