I was told by a Telnyx employee that 1-800 numbers don’t have to worry about 10DLC. I certainly can’t confirm that for you, but I’d assume he knows what he’s talking about. He also said the wait for 1-800 numbers for texting was like 6 weeks.

Not 10DLC but you still have to register Toll free numbers with ZIPwhip, it's free but just as annoying if not more.
If the URL/website is in the brand it should be able to be updated and then the campaign resubmitted or re-created. I would open a ticket with their support as the TCR does allow to edit the "Website/Online Presence"
