So I have a rackmount server with 2 servers connected to it one draws 650w max and the other 400w max. Both have their own ups CYBERPOWER 825AVR, but during a power outage it just shut off. Both are old Ups’s so it seems I need to replace them because the battery doesn’t hold. Also sometime it just seems to shut off and give the long beep even though there was no power outage. Not sure why. Since I have a rackmount server I’m open to buying a rackmount UPS as well but not necessary. What do you recommend? Do I get an Ups for each server separately ?

650w is a lot, and looking at the manual for your UPS I think you're exceeding the limits. It even explains what a long beep means. RTFM, as they say.

Rack mounted replacements are fun. I got a used APC which works well. I bought replacement batteries for it, so make sure you budget for that. Mine uses 4 of these https://www.osibatteries.com/vision-cp1290-battery-12v-9ah-sealed-rechargeable

Batteries are bad. Can be replaced, but getting into a rackmount UPS is nice too.

What model and configuration are both of your servers?
