It feels like a high ticket sales website vs a software site. Keep up the work!
I was just curious and have no experience so don't take this as gospel.
I have no SaaS or website experience, but as a user I probably don't want a demo video to be a 12-minute step-by-step guide.
Perhaps consider moving that elsewhere making something a lot shorter (2-3 minutes or less, perhaps even closer to 30 seconds) to give a visual demonstration of what it actually does.
When I'm investigating a product, I don't want to know the minutiae of how to format my dataset, I want to see what the product can do.
