The primary market would be for small businesses, helping to automate as many processes as possible using the ChatGPT infrastructure. Things like chatbots on their websites that handle customer enquiries, book in jobs, cancel jobs etc. Thoughts on this?

I think small business owners are starting to see the writing on the wall with AI and are interested in figuring out how they can leverage it, but have no idea how to start.

So, yes. If you can give a solid value proposition on why this will make their lives easier, save them time and money, and price it for a decent ROI, I think there would be a lot of interest.

I think that's a good idea. Small business wont' have IT expertise to set it up.

Better move quick and be able to code real good and be real good at cloud and databasing to make anything meaningful from ai or people would just be better off using chatgpt.

I'll suggest the standard: Any agency should be able to write a book on their value proposition, their unique approach. Else it would be like starting a no-code development 'agency.'

It's time to say it. "Agency" is what you call it when you don't know what in the hell you're doing, one million others are doing the same thing, but you all want to get paid.

If you don't have a business, don't start one just to prove it.

I was under the impression that agency referred to a marketing company. But yes, agency is starting to sound like a placeholder businessy business in the business industry.

I don’t understand the myriad of StartUps that rely solely on ChatGPT for their business model. All it takes is for OpenAI to jack up the cost of their API, close it off or implement the features themselves for your business to go bankrupt. Is that really a risk you want to take?

I recommend scLean Labs to explore this more. Happy to help see what that could be - calendly.com/janoma or email janoma@scleanlabs.com!
