Best I can think of is Railgun. They're live and fully on chain with no bridges and a private wallet. Can do some basic shielded DeFi stuff too as well as private transfers so you can send funds completely privately

You can't have privacy, unless it is at the protocol level by default. ZEC would be an example of the problem of optional privacy.
