I need help. My camera just came in (Sony A7ii + 35mm lens) and I’m having trouble with removing the lens from the body?

I reattached the lens to the body (for w.e. reason) & now I think it’s stuck? I tried twisting it counter clockwise as hard as I could, & no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions? & no, I don’t have a lens removal wrench 😣
