Software to fix blurry photos due to slow shutter? (alien.top)

I took a few shots with an aperture of f5.6, with fairly low light, and the shutter speed was 1/15 - I wasn't stable enough with my hands. The blurriness is subtle, but having it fixed would be great. I thought Topaz Labs did something like that with their AI software, but apparently, they don't. Thanks for any help

I’ve not tried it, but the reviews look good.

However, can’t restore something that was never there in the first place.

Topaz works great, unless your photo is too bad, then the answer is more practice with your camera.
