I’ll provide the only serious answer here. SG Gov uses ethereum for certificate verification. One of the many certs that are on there is the covid19 vaccine certificates. It’s not exclusive to covid19 vaccine certs, but at least it’s tangentially related.

Please don't. Healthcare staff can't even manage basic Windows functionalities.

that's what IT is for. Healthcare staff can fix blood spraying two meters (6 feet) out of a human and make that human being survive but for IT things it's "call the IT guy, he needs to fix it right now because f*cking compliance expects us to instantly document every single piece of cotton ball we used to make the blood spray less so we can figure out what we're actually trying to do in this f*cking non-functional IT thingy. All the while the intern did a great job using pen&paper to tick 38 white cotton balls going in and 38 light red cotton balls that can barely be distinguished from the surrounding flesh going out. heck, screw that IT guy, we just spent half a day fixing a human being while he didn't even show up to fix his f*cking IT system."

IT people won't even fix a basic cut when they're not certified to stick a plaster. And they'll call emergency services to the hospital when they're facing a cut that can be treated by sticking a plaster across a joint.

Source: been there when a senior hospital IT person panicked about sticking a plaster.

Hey we are a web3 startup that uses PoES consensus to ensure authenticity on the shartchain

There is a whole movement of people using web3 technology particularly ethereum to improve healthcare and scientific research called DeSci. Pretty much every DAO you've ever heard of which funds medical research is run on Ethereum. Encourage you to look into it.

There was 2017 ICO called Patientory.

Based on company's Twitter and Blog activity, the project is still going forward.
