Every team has played at least 10 games by now. These players have locked in their ticket to the all star game. There is zero debate about it. These players WILL be going barring injury/suspension/Monstars stealing their talent. That leaves 5 spots in each conference open to discourse.

Maxey is off to a fantastic start and he is def on track to be an all-star, but other guys have had hot starts and faded before the ASG. Maxey hasn't been one before, so there's no reputation factor to push him over

Tobias Harris and Aaron Gordon come to mind as two guys that have had a scorching Oct-Nov in the past but then regressed. Tobias was even player of the month for Nov 2018. I'm sure there are lots of others.
