Sabonis did something similar a game back, defender wasn't set. Kings challenge but because he dislodged the defender, ref upheld it.

Nah the refs were doing everything in their power to give the game to the Rockets, unlike the fkin Clippers game where they were doing everything to take the game from them.

Well, this post pretty much settles that no one on /r/nba knows the fucking rules of basketball.

You don't have to be stationary to draw a charge. Can ya'all just think for two goddamn seconds about what it would be mean if that were true? You literally couldn't play defense, because offensive players could just take one step to the side to force their defender to move and then bull rush them and any contact would be a blocking foul every fucking time.
