Late post but yea just want to say the Magic defense is monstrous. Coming off 32 assists and 0 turnovers in the last two games as well. Jalen Suggs should get all defensive team consideration if he and the Magic keep this up.

Idk, man, it’s not like the current Magic defense is light years ahead of every other team last season. Magic played good D, and also Halliburton had a bad game.

Nah I've watched a decent amount of Magic games and their defense really is that good, ton of quick guys who position themselves really well and can make flashy plays + solid interior protection

Wendell is a really good defender too. Doesn’t get a lot of blocks but guys really have a hard time finishing against him. Plus he’s athletic enough to guard multiple positions.

I'm looking forward to the Raptors/Magic game tomorrow, defensively focused teams with questionable half-court offense. I know Raps have elite transition offense, but I'm not educated on Magic offense strengths. Should be interesting who wins the battle.
