As it follows below in the comments, getting Conley helped a lot too. And it's not only Ant that has improved, but McDaniels and Naz Reid are great too. At the moment it happened it wasn't a good trade lol, but it has worked out in the end

Longtime TWolves fans have suffered so damn much over the years—not as much as a few other fanbases maybe, but we are up there. It is great to just feel relevant again.

I've forgotten.
We've only ever won two playoff series ever, both being in 2004. Since then we've had a 642-968 record. In that time y'all have won 3 rings with a 1030-588 record. You still have about 15 more years to go until you can understand.
This season, KAT and ANT have been playing their roles.
They are complimenting with each other compared to the previous season. Previously, they wanted to dominate the game at the same time.
And of course, their defense is great.
I feel like no one is paying attention to our wolves because historically we are the worse. But also we aren’t getting the recognition. It’s been the same with the Twins as well. Vikings are good and have a immediate place to make everything look good. Target center is awesome.
Are the timberpuppies this years nuggets?

Good trades. Great chemistry. Legit team with dynasty potential
The D Lo trade was a thing of beauty from Connelly. He took the ball out of Ant’s hands and couldn’t run this offense unless he got his own first. Conley is exactly what this team needed - I just wish I could put him in a Time Machine.
Gobert is 31 and Conley is 36. Conley might be replaceable (though that is always easier said than done), but Gobert really isn’t.
They’re very good, but not sure about their dynasty potential considering two of their key players are on the wrong side of 30.

With no reasoning or facts to back it up, my intuition for whatever its worth tells me ants going to absolutely run this league and take a clear top 10 all time list.

Giving a firm upvote from a Celtics fan. The Wolves have played us tough over the past few years and you could almost feel the change coming. Always been a poverty franchise making shitty decisions, even the good players that have come through there never seemed to like it. Hoping to see them hang around and make some noise!
