I know nothing about how soccer works, but do you mean teams from leagues in other countries that are lower level or second tier leagues (like the ones that teams get relegated to).

Really wish we had a relegation system in the US somehow, quite like that idea.

As it follows below in the comments, getting Conley helped a lot too. And it's not only Ant that has improved, but McDaniels and Naz Reid are great too. At the moment it happened it wasn't a good trade lol, but it has worked out in the end

That was a terrible trade, it just so happened a lot of other things worked out in the end lol

Expansion should be give Seattle and Vancouver teams and move the Timberwolves to the East. Las Vegas can be added (with Mexico City) on the next expansion and Memphis moved to the East at that point

The Bulls really need to go the route of OKC and just get into the picks business because even though it's a big market and a big name but the ownership isn't doing any favors and so the OKC would be the best bet.

Will they be a 1, 2 or worst 3 seed though? Most MVPs are on of the top teams not a 5 seed or even 4 seed

I have 0 statistics on this, but aren't most MVPs on the top teams though? It was a big deal when Westbrook won because that was rare and I highly doubt the Spurs will be a top team over the next few years (well highly unlikely, it would have to be some big free agent moves). I mean if you think about it if Luka has a really good year this year but things fall apart with Kyrie and they don't make the playoffs again or barely make it, he won't be considered.
