As an Aussie turkey is a thing here but not really cooked whole like on thanksgiving, I’ve only really seen people buy it pre sliced from the deli.

For me Turkey has a gaminess no other birds ever have.

I can only eat the white meat but it’s bland without any topping or used in other dishes.
