Please help we want to get it framed and would greatly be appreciated, I’m broke and have no extra funds so thank you to whoever can help message for photo as I can’t figure out how to post it here

Enhanced, how? This is a very small image.pretty blurry.

Five minutes in Snapseed, be better in photo shop,just don't have time. Someone else might have a better time. The file is so small, be better if you had the original.
