I can’t stay seated. There’s still a shitload of leftovers to get up and grab.

[–] Sabres00@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I like how they think that if it weren’t for an NFL game everyone would be out shopping.

Amazon can fuck right off

[–] Do__Math__Not__Meth@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I don’t like them playing on Black Friday at all, it should be for college football, but this is just gross

Maybe id stay seated if it weren’t the shit Jets playing. Especially since their QB is some guy they grabbed that was working in concessions

Amazon wants Thursday Night Football viewers to shop too!

[–] Winterclaw42@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I really haven't seen anything to get from amazon this year. Also, this is looking to be a boring defensive game. I hate watching those.

The thing that bugs me about the Amazon black Friday deals and "lightning deals" is so r of the stuff isn't really a deal, if you look up the price history it's the average price for the item. So it makes it harder to find the stuff that's a real deal.

[–] Infinite_Mind7894@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

To those that need it saving $10 is a huge deal.

[–] Proof_Department2847@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago (1 children)

$10 is not a black Friday deal

[–] Infinite_Mind7894@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

🙄 Once more, to the people THAT NEED IT $10 is a huge deal. It doesn't matter if you don't think it is. It's not about you.

I am not really interested in watching this game after three consecutive blowouts yesterday 🤷🏻‍♂️

[–] Fishooked@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Fuck this game I'm doing my Christmas decorations

[–] TooMuchTwoco@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Honestly, this is smart. I didn’t understand the Black Friday angle before though I admittedly didn’t think of it. It’s perfect for Amazon because all these commercials give time to look at phone and then more people are less likely to be with family today after just having been there yesterday. It’s extreme capitalism in that it’s all designed to make you spend money even when trying to present you “with entertainment”. But I do have to give credit where credit is due on this one cause I suspect this will work well for them

People gonna be alternating between encouraging the wife beater to score more touchdowns to make more money while spending their own money on marked up Amazon products that are more expensive today than any other day of the year

[–] sopunny@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Not with the Jets playing

[–] NoChanceNoProblem@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago
[–] slackator@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

jokes on them, Im not even watching the game

[–] ____Quetzal____@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I know Amazon is playing me.

But they're right.

[–] Praise-Breesus@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I’m happy to oblige them. I braved the stores one Black Friday about 6 years ago or so. Never again.

[–] InsideAcanthisitta23@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Then why in the hell are the Jets on?

[–] Specialist_Seal@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

Props to them, that's creative synergy

[–] nocluewhatimdoing11@alien.top 1 points 2 years ago

I feel like this has been a normal game on prime, you wouldn't know it's any special shopping day
