What is the most mundane task you encounter as an entrepreneur in your business?

Today there’s so many ways that businesses can be automated. I find that there are many entrepreneurs that seem to have hurdles having more time for the things that truly matter.

Can you share what your day-to-day schedule is like & what tasks you find draining in your business?

I would love to provide my assistance as I run a virtual assisting business specializing in just that. I’m happy to take on a few clients needing urgent business assistance going into the new year 🤗

Might be a bit different but generally "syncing" things. In a very general sense, when a change is made sometimes there's a ton of other things affected that now need to be synced to the change.

So if let's say we made a change to the pricing model, now we need to update the info page and everywhere else it shows old info on our platform. Could be updating the site, the socials, marketing resources, our email templates, etc.

Or compliance stuff. For example, I have a list of about 100+ resources we have to credit in our credits section one by one depending on the source and it's requirements. So someone has to do that...

In general syncing stuff to new changes, and assisting with "compliance"-like things as I said or other management things that keep the company in "check" to compliance and changes.

It's a bit like there's the fresh, running version ofntje company... And then there's all the things dragging it (compliance, checks, syncing, maintenance...).

Other things alike.

How has nobody said accounting yet. Even with quickbooks, it’s slow and dull.

lol if someone is worried about accounting it means that biz isn’t making money. No serious biz owner raking decent revenue is worried about accounting. Accounting is one of the lowest ROI tasks and that’s why no one has mentioned it.

SEO and marketing ( I'm on the tech side and prefer it - I'm sure marketing is more fun for creatives )

I personally feel like if someone can just bring real leads into a website (bringing prospects inbound) that solves 90% of entrepreneurship problems. There are services that help with this already but I am not even interested in current tools cuz they just don't really make it easy. This is personal opinion.

Yup it's not easy. We use a combination of SEO, PPC, PR and social media. Marketing is vital for any B2B.

All are huge time sucks and require cash.

We started with cold outreach though.

Tools like Apollo and LinkedIn make this easy. Being hyper focused about offering value to a small group of customers helped us gain traction without any outside investment.

The morning workouts to have gain the energy to deal with the mundane tasks of the day.

This can all be done by a VA, have you thought about getting one on a freelance basis?
