Mostly filling with redneck refugees from the south, looking for oil, avoiding the IRS and spreading their sickness to the rest of Canada. Like 'Murican entitlement such as not caring about pedestrians.

Does Canada have a road paint shortage? How is that a crosswalk? It's barely 2 thin lines! Paint the damn thing so it is clearly visible. I would be scared trying to cross one of those.
EDIT: For the people without reading comprehension: I'm not justifying the dude in any way. Just commenting on the awful crossing marks.
They all look more or less like that and there are signs alerting drivers to their presence. They are unmistakable. This guy is a douche.
Bon Jovi have a verse that starts with the correct medicine for this gentleman. Neck should also do the trick.
I mean, it's a marked cross walk but it also appears to possibly be at an intersection with lights. Seeing as there is also a pedestrian crossing on the bottom right, at least one of those people is crossing when they probably are not supposed to be if there is a light controlled intersection there.
Doesn't mean that they deserve to be hit, or that the driver wasn't an ass, but context matters.
