That's preposterous... He simply violently abducted her, put a black hood over her head, sent her to a 3rd world country that she's never been to and the authoritarian government there shot her because they couldn't feed her.

We waited till he showed up to immigration court canceled their hearing, arrested them, and body slammed their pleading wife on the ground.

Actual gestapo. Can't wait to see them all face a trial. (I do still hope that fascism can be defeated again.)

I have hopes. Americans are very rebelious and that's one thing I've always liked. In my homeland (PRC), the "No Kings" protest would never happen, especially not in modern politics

[–] AFallingAnvil@lemmy.ca 7 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Respectfully, Americans are anything but rebellious in the modern age. They haven't even come close to an average weekend in France.

[–] DeathByBigSad@sh.itjust.works 6 points 2 days ago

Give it time. The original American revolution didn't happen in one day, neither did the Civil Rights movement, pressure is building up, the fight for more freedom has just begun, I have hopes.

[–] Formfiller@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

75 million people had to die to make that happen

[–] rothaine@lemmy.zip 23 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Holy shit that poor woman. And how those onlookers were able to maintain their composure and not punch him in his fucking face is pretty amazing.

[–] Opisek@piefed.blahaj.zone 9 points 2 days ago (2 children)

I don't know if amazing or just privileged. Shouldn't someone stand up in the face of injustice and human rights violation?

[–] rothaine@lemmy.zip 7 points 2 days ago

In a level-headed frame of mind, punching an ICE officer is not a good idea. They'll just use that as fuel to further "crack down on antifa" or some other bullshit, and you will end up in some sort of ICE torture prison without having really achieved anything.

But fuck, seeing that video makes my blood boil.

[–] Cenzorrll@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

If they're journalists, no. They specifically should not step in.

[–] dick_fineman@discuss.online 38 points 2 days ago (1 children)

This is inaccurate, as none of the children or wife have bruises, or that 1000 yard stare associated with PTSD.

It's an Antichrist worshipper's fantasy of working for ICE

[–] WanderWisley@lemmy.world 35 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Tacos for dinner? *loads rifle…

[–] jason_is_back@tucson.social 15 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Only tacos allowed in this house

[–] WanderWisley@lemmy.world 16 points 2 days ago (1 children)

That better be unseasoned beef, with half a pound of cheese, and drowned in sour cream! No salsa! Murica!

[–] buttnugget@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

That’s delicious right there! I love American style tacos!

[–] lightnegative@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

I used to dislike tacos because I was brought up thinking these were tacos

[–] balance8873@lemmy.myserv.one 5 points 2 days ago

It's spelled TACO cause it's an initialism

[–] ininewcrow@lemmy.ca 44 points 3 days ago

Best part would be the ICE agent father coming home every day with slightly different colored hair and different height and build every evening. He never takes off his mask, glasses or hat, so the family never know who he is ... or if it's the same person.

[–] Rooty@lemmy.world 15 points 2 days ago

Replace wholesome dinner with horrifying domestc violence and then it will be accurate.

[–] LodeMike@lemmy.today 30 points 2 days ago (6 children)

He did not wash his hands before eating.

[–] Fuckfuckmyfuckingass@lemmy.world 19 points 2 days ago (4 children)

Maaan, I was at an RV park some years ago camping, and there's the restroom ya know. Anyway in all my times in the restroom, I never heard none of these chuds I was surrounded by wash their hands once.

Like take a piss and not wash is one thing, if yer pecker's clean, and ya didn't piss on yerself, no harm no foul, but to lay a nasty dookie, wipe yer hemroided ass and just waltz back to the BBQ is fuckin' foul.

[–] AlligatorBlizzard@sh.itjust.works 12 points 2 days ago (2 children)

You assume they wiped. Touching your asshole is gay or something.

[–] Fuckfuckmyfuckingass@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago (1 children)

That's how I caught the gay. Finger poked through the TP and touched my b-hole. Never been the same since.

[–] TheBat@lemmy.world 4 points 2 days ago

Username checks out?

you sure they ain't just removing their butts and attaching a new one every time they dump?

[–] dick_fineman@discuss.online 6 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago)

Well, whatever doesn't kill you...gives you pinkeye, e.coli, and chlamidya.

The artist was going for accuracy

[–] Formfiller@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago

That’s because RFK declared that germs aren’t real

[–] WhyJiffie@sh.itjust.works 4 points 2 days ago

It's better for everyone that way

[–] blockheadjt@sh.itjust.works 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

He is holding some kind of cloth in the 2nd panel. Maybe we just missed it.

I am curious what happened to the bite on the fork in the 3rd panel though.

Then we had another who followed procedure perfectly, but I thought she might be glaring at me when I looked away, so I shot her.

27b/6? Like... David Thorne?

[–] danc4498@lemmy.world 19 points 3 days ago

And thank God all this work they’re doing is creating more jobs for Americans! Don’t look at the jobs report, that was fabricated by the DNC.

Bold of you to imagine ICE people have any friends or family. They return home every day to their own wanking hand.

[–] Winter_Oven@piefed.social 6 points 2 days ago

using this to attract new ICE recruits /s

[–] tanisnikana@lemmy.world 7 points 3 days ago

Brazil was such a fantastic movie.

[–] ZombiFrancis@sh.itjust.works 5 points 3 days ago

Stickler for paperwork.

The lettering makes me think of Dave Kellett for reasons
