Dang, that photo is really similar
That building really looks like it's about to drop a corner. The farthest out corner looks about 2' lower than the rest of that floor!
If I remember right it had to do with taxes being paid on the square footage of the main floor. They'd build out as they went up to save money on bigger places.
Ard the brewery there is top notch, too.
Looks like most of Chester.
With the golden hour hitting that tower, this is just the sort of photo AI's love to train on.
