Y'all weird. I brush my teeth in my mouth.

β¦ who tf brushes their teeth in the shower
People trying to wrap this shit up as fast as possible.
There are dozens of us!
Me
If I get out of the shower, I'm likely to forget. But if cleaning my teeth is a part of my cleaning me routine...
I brush them in my mouth.
But where do you spit
The sink, obviously.
What kind of maniac would keep their toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and whatnot in the shower? (Or even worse, carry them into the shower, wash their teeth, shower with only one hand while awkwardly holding onto them with the other, awkwardly dry themselves using only one hand, and then store them back next to the sink where they belong?)
I mean, if I'm already showering, sometimes I'll brush whilst showering
But 99% of time, the sink
I've never even considered brushing my teeth under the shower? That seems unnecessary and impractical imo. I shower ever other day usually and I brush my teeth at least twice a day, but currently 4 times a day due to braces. I don't see how these 2 things align in terms of planning?
Despite what a dentist might say, I imagine most people still brush once a day. I grew up doing that and had no cavities or other issues.
Really? That would surprise me a lot. Maybe it's a cultural difference, I'm not sure where you're from. I can't imagine that the majority of the people I know only brush once a day, I've never noticed anyone deviating from the normal morning/evening pattern. But I also haven't really paid much attention so maybe I just haven't noticed. How do people do that? I tend to notice quite quickly that I forgot toe brush because it feels yucky.
You know what, I'm not exactly surveying people regularly so I could be wrong. Maybe it's from when I was growing up (it's not exactly a common conversation as an adult) that I get that impression.
As for the teeth, I've never noticed it feeling off unless I've missed a whole day, but I've kept to brushing once a day (short of special occasions that you'd want to brush right before something in addition to your regular brushing) so I might not be tuned into that.
On the toilet. I multitask.
Shower for sure
I do it lying in bed
I keep a toothbrush and bottle of toothpaste in the shower because I have atrocious ADHD and that is the only place I ever remember to brush them. It's literally the one lifehack that I've tried that has actually worked. I've been doing it for a couple years now and I finally brush my teeth every day after struggling for my entire life.
Brushing your teeth in the shower is like leaving the water running while you brush in the sink, except even worse.
If you are hanging out in the shower for a but anyways, it isn't.
You don't have a sink in your shower?
I take cold showers, so I am doing everything in my power to get in and out in 2 minutes or less. I would absolutely not add teeth brushing to my routine in there.
Wake up brush in sink
Shower before bed brush in shower Itβs not that wild
I used to keep toothbrushes and toothpaste by each sink and in both showers. It can be convenient to just do everything while you're in there.
The same sink I piss in? No thanks
I wouldn't brush my teeth in the same shower I shit in either.
In the sink like a sane person. How is brushing teeth in the shower saving you time?
You guys only brush you teeth under the shower?!
I think my dentist would get very mad at me if I only brushed my teeth during holidays.
I brush in the shower in the morning and I'm the sink before bed
It's weird that you turn into a sink before bed
On the sink. Brushing in the shower sounds like one of those productivity hacks people who think efficiency is important do.
Keeps all the white toothpaste flecks off the mirror.
You can umm... You can also clean it.
Keep your mouth closed....
Why on earth would you brush your teeth in the shower??
Neither. I brush them whilst standing next to the sink.
