25 year mortgages also exist. I refinanced my house in 2020 after 2.5 years living there. I went from 3.99% to 2.875%. I didn't want to restart my progress I had made so I did a 25 year mortgage and my payment still went down by about 20 bucks a month and knocked 2.5 years off the mortgage. Win win

I paid off my house last year at 35yo and have absolutely no regrets. It took just under 8 years. And my interest rate was 2.875%. I didn't care if I could maybe do better in the market. The peace of mind having a paid off house is priceless. You can't put a % return on that IMO.
Now my expenses are so low I'm able to invest $3000/month and I'll be able to catch up pretty quick to what I may have missed out on since I'm only 36 now an my wife's 34. No amount of potential gains could make me regret my decision. I sleep well at night
I love AOC and would love to see her president someday, but the only thing that concerns me is hardly any president ever goes back to Congress after their presidency ends. We haven't had that happen since the 1800s.
I feel like there's still more she can accomplish in Congress now then finish with being the president. I want her around for many years to come and I'd hate it if we only got 8 years of her as president then she steps out of politics. She's too young with too much to offer for her to peak too early and be out
Is that the part that fully exonerated him?
It's my birthday today so I'm having some friends over to grill and have a fire later
The easiest way to avoid ads is use an android streamer (I use the Google tv streamer) and install projectivity launcher. You get the cleanest UI that's fully customizable with only what you want to see. I also installed a button remapper app to change the netflix button on my remote to open Plex. It's a very easy stress-free experience using my tv
The only weird thing is making weird comments about it like that
I don't know if this is a very good idea
You're absolutely right. Headlights have been getting better in the last 10 years I've noticed
Same. Just uninstalled that spyware
I still think it is
The FDA lets anything under 5 calories to be rounded down to 0. It's a scam
