Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

So I hated the idea of the Netflix merger. But somehow, I hate this even more. This fucking sucks.
It's fucking disturbing how human Jared Kushner makes Mark Zuckerberg look.
Kushner looks like a lizard person in human form that travels back and forth on a transiberian railway, raping and murdering children.
Next time some MAGA Republican decides to accuse someone else of corruption, I think it's only fair to slap the living shit out of them.

Yep, Kushner was a part of that deal too. Here's a good summary of the political behind-the-scenes. Tiktok, EA, now CNN all going into Trump/MAGA hands within the past year. Netflix actually wanted to buy Paramount before the Skydance merger with David Ellison (Oracle Larry Ellison's hellspawn) as CEO, and now they're seemingly being cucked again for going after WB.
Kushner is also an integral part of the plan to turn the Gaza waterfront into the Israeli Dubai, so the world can spend their money with Israel, instead of the Muslims. Trump is making plans for luxury apartments, condos, and resorts, all along the waterfront, all under his control, and Kushner is his point man. That's why he wants Gaza cleared.
Tell that to those who think trump would save Gaza

They want to own CNN, a network they say is left leaning. Its more Fox light, but that's not good enough for them. They want to have nothing but right wing media on the air.
That’s also why they are attacking the BBC, BBC World Service is one of the most important independent news source in the US and they want to get rid of it asap.

Since Paramount belongs to belongs to the Ellison family, I'd honestly prefer NETFLIX buying WB. At least they'd just ruin it, Ellisons are gonna do worse.
