Looks like an attempt to make some anti Monsanto propaganda. The basis of round up ready crops is that they have been genetically modified to resist pesticide. I think this infographic is just confused.

The technology isn't even the primary problem as Monsanto just has really shitty business practices.

So it is more about corporate greed than mutant sentient corn trying to kill you. This is bad propaganda because it relies on made up fantasy rather than the real reason Monsanto sucks.
