When I was a shift lead at a Starbucks 20+ years ago in Tampa, after particularly rough mornings, I would load a couple of these up and offer them to my crew. "go into the cooler, sit down, have fun."
We were the highest volume store in the area. On busy days, we'd do 20 gallons of whole and 15 low fat. Our tip differential was around 6-8 bucks over base pay, which was a big deal back then.

Don’t asphyxiate yourself, don’t do it a bunch of days in a row, and eat some food with B12.
You only need a couple minutes without enough oxigen in your brain to have brain damage, all that tips you tell yourself is a lie, you only need a small slip up to be fucked up permanently. A lot will be mild, people will just wonder why their mind isn't as sharp as it used to be.
You know they give nitrous to people intentionally during surgery and dental work?
Like you can wear an O2 monitor while you take a whip it and track your oxygen level and I have never seen it drop below 85% which is the level where they start to get concerned in a hospital
Taking opiates cause you to just stop breathing and I had to have a breathing device following a surgery because my O2 levels couldn’t be maintained… and people get prescribed opiates and take them at home all the time with no monitoring
