The BBQ shack is a little place where, we can get together, YEAH! BBQ Shack baby, yeah!
Dull Men's Club
An unofficial chapter of the popular Dull Men's Club.
1. Relevant commentary on your own dull life. Posts should be about your own dull, lived experience. This is our most important rule. Direct questions, random thoughts, comment baiting, advice seeking, many uses of "discuss" rarely comply with this rule.
2. Original, Fresh, Meaningful Content.
3. Avoid repetitive topics.
4. This is not a search engine
Use a search engine, a tradesperson, Reddit, friends, a specialist Facebook group, apps, Wikipedia, an AI chat, a reverse image search etc. to answer simple questions or identify objects. Also see rule 1, “comment baiting”.
There are a number of content specific communities with subject matter experts who can help you.
Some other communities to consider before posting:
5. Keep it dull. If it puts us to sleep, it’s on the right track. Examples of likely not dull: jokes, gross stuff (including toes), politics, religion, royalty, illness or injury, killing things for fun, or promotional content. Feel free to post these elsewhere.
6. No hate speech, sexism, or bullying No sexism, hate speech, degrading or excessively foul language, or other harmful language. No othering or dehumanizing of anyone or negativity towards any gender identity.
7. Proofread before posting. Use good grammar and punctuation. Avoid useless phrases. Some examples: - starting a post with "So" - starting a post with pointless phrases, like "I hope this is allowed" or “this is my first post” Only share good quality, cropped images. Do not share screenshots of images; share the original image.

Tiiiiiiin roof
BBQ? Check. Comfy lawn chair? Check. Just needs a beverage cooler and perfect.
I'm thinking about sticking a mini fridge out there 🤔
Hell ya!
This looks great but uhh... why did you tilt the water towards and on to your home? You may want to rotate this if you can.
That's not going to be good long term.
Just cut the difference off the front posts and add them to the back two. Plenty of fancy joints out there to make them strong.
The joints?
Pocket screws
That's just a garage, and I'm going to add a gutter
I'm not sure it is tilted at all, and that it is just the perspective making it appear as it is. But yeah tilted away would be preferable.
Damn Bizzle, don't clean your yard brooooooo!!!
What time do we light it up?
Even ran electric, add a stereo you got it going good
Electra yes, but radio's, tv's, speakers outside I just don't get it. Yeah, I do love music but outdoor .... No thnx.
Mannnnnnnn I wish I didn't have to worry about snow loads where I live. If I built one of those it would probably need double the lumber to keep it from collapsing.
Thanks to climate change maybe you can in a few more years
Nice job! Just in time for summer
Nice! Are you planning to actually barbecue in there, or is it a grill shack?
That Weber once smoked a brisket for 22 hours and just a few weeks ago it did 20# of pulled pork, I actually do more barbecue than grilling. That shitty woodshed you can kind of see is full of hardwood- mostly hickory but also some apple. A lot of guys (especially traeger guys) tend to shit on using the Weber to barbecue, but I've been doing it for years and it's always good 👍 I've got a barrel and an old propane tank that I fantasize about turning into an offset, but I can't weld.
Niiiiiice
Nice
I’ll give it 3 years max, then you have to redo it.
I spent like $40 on the handful of stuff I didn't salvage so that's pretty good
Been there, done that.
In 3 years you realize you have done more damage, which not only costs you more to do it properly, but also makes you realize you wasted those $40.
If you want to save money, buy and make things for life. Everything else is just a boomerang with extra costs.
Wow. That looks... ...salvaged!
Someone's gotta use it
Totally. We had something like this but our grill didn't have legs.
