Okay, the pizza thing is apparently a pedo dogwhistle (which is part of why Qanon went nuts about the existence of pizza restaurants) but why is Bill Gates mpreg?
"Cheese pizza" has been slang/a euphemism for child pornography (due to the initials being the same, "cp") since at least 2010. I wouldn't call it a dog whistle.

It communicates a specific message to a specific group in a way meant to pass unnoticed to the larger public without further context. It's literally a textbook example.

Marsh has a lot of shit ideas even if his art is sometimes on point, lushsux in the other hand, i have nothing nice to say about, always painting 'controversial' people, for years he's been doing musk, trump, pewdipie, you name it
but at least we got this a few years back

I think Trump is more of the sub in this situation, he claimed in an email to Epstein that he may or may not have sucked Bill's dick.
Fun fact, Bill Clinton is suing the DOJ and asking for a full release of the files, has been for months. I feel like if there were a lot of damning evidence against Bill in there then it would have come to light by now.
