that the ultimate cumback

[–] inputpassword@lemmy.world 1 points 20 hours ago

Hashinshin; rebranded following the controversy and is now known online as Guthuk.

Link to the video? So I can avoid it

[–] lugal@lemmy.dbzer0.com 41 points 1 day ago (3 children)

Took me a while and I'm still not sure but I think this one it is

[–] OldChicoAle@lemmy.world 36 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Lol link previews on mobile ruin the joke

[–] LemmyKnowsBest@lemmy.world 13 points 1 day ago

Link previews on mobile keep us informed & wise & impervious to tomfoolery.

[–] toynbee@lemmy.world 31 points 1 day ago (3 children)

I appreciate that my client finally shows YouTube pictures but, for those whose don't - XcQ, link stays blue.

Never understood the appeal of that stupid "joke" anyway.

[–] Greddan@feddit.org 1 points 2 minutes ago

Like with many things, you'd have to be there. It's OK to not understand things because you are too young to have experienced it at it's peak of relevance. It doesn't mean it's bad.

[–] TeddE@lemmy.world 36 points 1 day ago (2 children)

It's just 6-7 for millennials

[–] toynbee@lemmy.world 12 points 1 day ago

You have not changed my feelings regarding it.

[–] LurkingLuddite@piefed.social 6 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

No, that's schwifty five. XQc is just a clown.

[–] derek@infosec.pub 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

No, silly, you're thinking of Ken from MXC (and right you are, Luddite). Schwifty-Five is just a song.

[–] LePoisson@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I really need to upload like 10 versions to YouTube with different thumbnails just so the "stupid" "joke" can live on.

I won't because I'm a lazy POS that doesn't actually care but ... Yeah.

Also I know it's a joke but I also feel like it's a good PSA in a way that you should check what you're clicking on, at least make sure the domain is legit (in this case it is since it's youtube.com but idk just my random thought about the legendary >!ricki tikki tavi rolly polly!< )

[–] toynbee@lemmy.world 0 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

You put "stupid" in quotes but what's the "joke" here? "Haha, I lied to you, hilarious"? I'm glad people get joy out of this ... I guess ... But I'm curmudgeonly and don't get it.

edit: I do advocate checking links before you click them, though. Due credit there.

[–] LePoisson@lemmy.world 10 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I mean that's literally the joke. Haha you thought you were going to see one thing but you saw another.

It's just another version of 2girls1cup or tubgirl or goaste ... Ok maybe us millennials are fucked because all those examples are heinous AF compared to a little rick roll - but I mean, same concept.

Just subversion of expectation, many a joke is built on a version of that - I'd say it's ultimately what a lot of humor derives from.

Maybe it's not funny, it might not even be a joke and more of just a meme but if you are searching for an explanation there is one for you.

[–] captainlezbian@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

Yeah it's the domesticated variant of shock humor.

[–] bellly@sopuli.xyz 17 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I dont see any carpet but the song is catchy!

[–] lugal@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 1 day ago

Glad to hear that! It's always fun to discover new songs

[–] Cruxifux@feddit.nl 13 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Cumming on carpets is a pretty innocuous thing to me to be honest.

[–] LemmyKnowsBest@lemmy.world 9 points 1 day ago (1 children)

That's something people with no sense of consequence or accountability or responsibility for cleaning carpets would say.

[–] Cruxifux@feddit.nl 4 points 21 hours ago (2 children)

I’m operating under the assumption that after you cum on the carpet you’re the one who cleans it up, and you do it immediately after. I mean if we’re assuming that you’re not cleaning it up after, then why be a stickler about carpets mate? I think it’s pretty rude to cum ANYWHERE and not clean it up yourself.

[–] LemmyKnowsBest@lemmy.world 3 points 8 hours ago

Well I'm a girl so the only way I can identify with this is as a teenager my brother's bedroom was plastered in sticky smelly rotting yellow crust everywhere and he never cleaned, he lived in squalor, that's why I feel so strongly about this topic of cumming on carpet, I recommend against people doing that. Because gross.

[–] angband@lemmy.world 0 points 20 hours ago (1 children)

Why, if you rub it in with your foot enough people will just think it was a regular spill.

[–] jeanofthedead@sh.itjust.works 1 points 7 hours ago (1 children)

What a terrible day to have eyes.

What about fucking a couch?

[–] Cruxifux@feddit.nl 9 points 1 day ago

Fucking a couch is the thing I’m least angry at JD Vance about.

[–] popekingjoe@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Nice try JD.

Cult of Pain? Like Pain from Naruto?

[–] CluckN@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago

Hate me or love me, you watched.

[–] trk@aussie.zone 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Which is the correct chronological order for this exchange? Top to bottom, or bottom to top?

[–] LemmyKnowsBest@lemmy.world 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

That's a strange question. It only makes sense one way.

[–] trk@aussie.zone 1 points 3 hours ago

Whichever way you read it, the first response is an answer to a comment we can't see... So to me it "makes sense" in both directions?

Possibly I'm not Twitter enough for this type of humour.
