I have recently stopped drinking alcohol and I am looking for an app to keep track of my progress. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If possible, a widget with days since last drink would be nice!

Edit: Thank you so much for all the suggestions! I found Sobriety to work best for my particular use case.

Loop habit tracker might be for you. It's on F-Droid.

Really liking this. Thank you for the recommendation.

+1 for Loop Habit Tracker

I don't use it for alcohol. But it fits the bill. I use it for daily and weekly goals and habits.

I love this one and used it for years, but I'm liking this new one too called Habits.

Interesting that you ask about this. I was looking for one last week and noticed all Android ones are full of trackers (via play store) so I thought about developing an open source one that not only let you track your usage, but also create community groups that support you in not drinking anymore. All with full privacy

Hehe, I also considered to start an open source project prior to asking the question. :p

However, I found that Sobriety is working fine for my use case. Will definitely try to contribute to that project in the future!

Tickmate. It's a "one bit journal" where you can neatly tick which days you've done what. Has some stats displays. Works well and looks nice imo. And you can use it to track anything. Exercise, car washes, music practice, backup runs, plant watering...

Yeah this is perfect. Android app and also has a widget like op is looking for.

The app is closed source and apparently full of trackers, which is a deal breaker for me.

Edit: But thank you for the suggestion!
