In germany we also got an official name for this: Morbus Kobold
The background behind this is a dissertation from the 1970s, where someone investigated injuries caused by masturbating with vacuum cleaners. A lot of the injuries were kaused by the Brand "Kobold" (or goblin in English), which shaped the term "Morbus Kobold".
Sadly I could not find any English resources about this and the wikipedia article is only available in German.
Vivaldi translates quite well, though I kinda regret allowing it to this time. It was too early to add this to the things I know now.
