It was a few months ago, but I got a reclining couch. Life changing.

I had one a while ago, that was definitely nice!

I closed my business, a local game shop, at the end of March. My house is now full of all the stuff I was unable to clearance. Unfortunately I did not have enough shelves, so it is mostly in hoarder piles.

But, actual decorations, I added art from the shop, including the art used for the shop's logo, a drawing of Lobo and Wolverine (a gift from Rob Liefeld from when I had to close down during Covid), 2 clocks (Captain America's shield, and the other is a web splat with a web pendulum), and a replica of Arthas's Frostmourne.

We've completely emptied our family/dining room except for the router. Demo for the rebuild and addition starts Monday

We cleared out the walk-in closet, and the wife wanted more light. I replaced the basic globe light with a 3 bulb lamp that I aimed to all the corners. Visibility is greatly improved, and it looks nicer than the cheap builder's special light that came with the house.

I want to replace the lamp over the dining room table, but we haven't found one we both like yet. The existing one is kinda meh and hangs down low and I hit my head on it, especially when I move the table to vacuum under it, so I want one closer to the ceiling.

Bought a CD rack and immediately filled it up almost completely

Generally in February when it is to miserable weather wise to go out we will repaint a section of our house. We just completed our down stairs and it looks great.

I got an uncut foil mythic rare sheet from the Magic:the Gathering set Aetherdrift professionally framed and hung on the wall. I think it looks great, my fiance begrudgingly admits it looks better than she expected

Got a new rug by the sink, the dog had destroyed the old one

spoiler

I just rotated my bedroom 180 and hung up a bunch of personal art and things on the biggest blank wall.

I haven't decided if the rotation is better but I'm happy with the art wall
