At one point she sneezed right in my face then wiped her boogers on my shirt. I thanked her sarcastically and she nodded her head as if to say, "Don't mention it."

She's actually kinda short for a horse but average for her breed lol. Only 14.2 hands
Sure it's not the knots on her halter tickling her nostrils? My mare will totally wipe her snot all over me when she can. She looks a lot like your Sandy, white with freckles and petite. Sandy is a beautyful girl!
