Not just because they're not on any of the bad ~~lists~~ maps, it's super beautiful as well.
If you are in the USA, you can use https://www.walkscore.com/ to find cities with good walking/cycling/public transportation

It's kind of a shame that people have already turned 15 minute cities into a conspiracy theory of sorts.

But it is. In pedestrian friendly areas people move slower and consume more. A shopping mall is a gated community imitation of a walkable city.
