Oh wait, is it because the Smithsonian doesn't have the Epstein files on display?? That would be a great start to revealing some history.
The Trump White House can suck a bag of soggy dicks and die in prolonged agony.
They have an entire museum dedicated to American neoclassical fascist myth-making and another one dedicated to shit we stole from Asia/the middle east, the most popular work being made by a British guy (in all fairness, the history of the peacock room is incredible).
Is he complaining that the museums contextualize some of the works?
To be clear, I like what the Smithsonian does, and they need to do more of it to show people the historical societal purpose of those works in the museum. And maybe start making replicas and giving back the originals of shit we stole.
