I love the irony of how if you just eat junk food and try to improve your diet you get punished for it.

Poor people ozempic
Good thing the FDA is severely underfunded to prevent cow manure water being sprayed on lettuce.
The budget was cut by Musk. That makes it DOGE Diarrhea.
Don't worry, they're trying their best to blame Taco Bell. That'll make it better.
So many of the foreigners visiting for the World Cup have missed out on another great American culinary tradition smh my head
Get in loser. We're going to die of dysentery!
I'm gonna ford the river.
You just lost like half your food and an ox
They shoulda let you capture bison to replace any lost oxen. I always just bring hella bullets so I can hunt them for all the food I'll need for the trip. The hunting minigame was the most exciting part of the game lol
I played that game a lot in school. Fun times
Honestly it was like hunting through the text walls until the next hunting section, IMO.
Let me spam the num pad and spacebar got dang it!
Thanks for posting this link. I just died of typhoid, measles and dysentery all in one go.
To think all this could have been avoided if they had just bought (and used) a salad spinner...
From what I understand, that's not a super reliable way to avoid it. You pretty much have to cook your lettuce to kill it.
I watched a guest on The Bulwark say it's a single cell parasite and almost impossible to wash off anything that's not smooth. It really hides in the nooks and crannies.
So it'd be impossible to really clean something like a raspberry. You might could carefully remove and dispose of the outer leaves of a head of iceburg lettuce and be safe.
And that if it's in a water supply that's coating the crops we are really in for a shitshow.
