It's bullshit they can just pay to make this go away, and continue doing what they've been doing like if the lawsuit never happened. I'm disappointed every time I hear an outside of court settlement has been made

Guess the settlement didn't address that. Bayer will keep selling it as long as they can afford the lawsuits.

Breaking news that happens in 2020....
I was trying to find an alternative to the current but paywalled Washington Post article - apparently they've paid another settlement about the same case. I assumed it was the same event, and didn't check the date.
They have lost a bunch of them. 2 billion last year and this year starts off well.
