When i take a piss i only flush the next time i take a piss, sometimes even the third. Stupid to use 10L of water to flush 0.3L of fluids.
If it's yellow, let it mellow. If it's brown, flush it down.
Also, your toilet bowl holds 10 liters??
No, not the bowl itself but the tank that flushes the bowl.
You empty the whole cistern just for a piss?
My toilet flushing mechanism only works in a boolean fashion: either no water or the whole flush. There is an option for large and small flush though, so likely it does not use the whole canister, but still.
Here in Australia, dual flush has been the law for decades
I get it, my toilet also has dual flush. Even if the small buttpn is only 3L, it is still not worth it to flush 0.3L of piss with it.
It's actually good for your drainage system to flush more often than strictly necessary. And the public sewer system actually.

Depending on your pee and how much water you drink, i wouldnt do that. Your acid pee can damage the porcelain in the long run

If you know your shit might be problematic - throw some toilet papers on top of it. Always flushes without fail.
Granted, you can't always flush toilet papers and not all of them
I find flushing first as soon as your done shitting is best, then it refills as you wipe and can then flush again. Less to flush each time so better chance of it going down
I find it's a good habit to get into anyway...minimizes stink by a lot! I always courtesy flush now even at home!
I used to feel proud when having to flush twice until I realized that the toilets at work constantly needed a second flush. Now I realize that they were just gender affirming toilets. 😥
