Whereas Jamie Oliver's The Naked Chef probably disappointed a lot of people hoping to watch niche porn on TV 😁
When I was a kid, I didn't have cable, and my friend did. I saw Naked Chef on the schedule and begged him to just see what was on there. He knew, and told me it wasn't porn. But I wouldn't let it rest until I confirmed that yes, it was, in fact, not porn.
I think that might have been where the confusion started…
A Turkey Twizzler from the Naked Chef sounds… ominous.
It also disappointed anyone who wanted to watch for good food and recipes!
Hey now, Jamie Oliver made good, ordinary food back then. No chili jam in his fried rice or anything like that. The money and fame made him insane as a chef.
