I mean the acts are going to happen regardless; these people would rather be outraged and want to punish homeless people for existing rather than think of the implications, such as not watching a homess dude jorkin it on the sidewalk because there is nowhere for them to go and having them get arrested

It's not a bad idea, similar to Copenhagen's Red Van. It provides safety and dignity to the weakest and most vulnerable sex workers.
