In Ontario, Canada, existing bike lanes are being removed because of premier is personally offended by people who live healthier lifestyles than him.

Diabetic '93 Bowser Doug Ford is a shitty person. Who could've guessed? Couldn't let Not Just Bikes give your cities free positive press, huh?

We need some kind of super long SUV that drives on its own kind of road where people can get on and off at these party zones. The road should be made of metal, because I like heavy metal.

I like your train of thought

And it will reduce traffic. For about a day. And then that new lane becomes just as clogged as all the previous ones, and a permanent waste of space.

Every serious cities skylines player knows this isn't true

And you don't even need to deal with parking!

Eventually, EVERYTHING was car lanes

The parking spots and stoops of every croonin' boomer

Lanes.

Lanes in bowling alleys and on Sally's lawn.

So as when we went outside, we became driven on.

Implement right to mobile work for office jobs. Boom, less traffic overnight. But nooo y'all are envious and rather stand in stop n go burning the planet than allow somebody to have homeoffice.

Reason it doesn't work is everyone will tailgate camp the left lane no matter how many empty lanes are to the right

once we solve traffic by adding more lanes, car companies will start building cars that are 3 lanes wide

Building more roads to solve your traffic problem is like buying bigger pants to solve your obesity problem.
