But it obviously isn't working like that. And it won't be. Because police departments won't put it the work to hold officers to this standard.
These cameras only will serve the elite and those in power. And no one else.
It's already been shown they won't use the cameras to investigate reported crimes.
They just use it to harass and stalk people.
