Public company, CEO driven to raise share price by shareholders, corners cut and pure pursuit of profit takes over everything.
This is the cancer destroying the world.

You can just say "capitalism."
I would settle for just removing publically traded companies.
John Oliver did a Last Week Tonight on Boeing, it was really eye opening how shifty they are. Definitely worth a watch, it's up on YouTube
/S I don't get what's wrong! Boeing shouldn't let pesky things like safety get in the way of the stock price
"Mishaps"?
“The wall fell off one of our planes mid-flight, woopsie doodle, boy is our face red! teehee 🤭🙃” - Boeing
Buttigieg has watched a bunch of issues increase on his watch, and done next to nothing about them.
It's been going on forever l, we're just paying more attention because it's election season.
We're paying attention because of one of the worst derailments in memory was followed not too shortly by a part of a plane falling off mid flight.
Buttigieg was always an ineffective leader. When he was mayor of South Bend I regularly heard people complaining about how public services took a dive when he went into office. Things were more expensive, ran slower, these fancy new trash trucks were rolled out that couldn't even fit down our alleys... Embarrassing.
Here is a good anecdote: https://www.westernjournal.com/south-bends-infrastructure-bad-buttigieg-mayor-dominos-help-fill-potholes/
Which issues compared to which time frames? Sources?
